Source for replacement 36 PD momentary engage button?
The small black push in button to momentarily engage the clutch on the control box of my 2010 prodrive appears to be going out. It only works intermittently. If you pull the control box cover and jump the circuit between the wires on the back, the clutch/prop engages just fine and the big red button for full time engagement works fine so I think it is just the switch and not the clutch itself., Looks like any old button switch would do but would like to keep things stock. Anyone know where to get one of these off the shelf rather than calling prodrive? Thanks for any info

I'm in Eastern North Carolina. The usual national chain auto and hardware stores in the area but nothing specialized.

Even a round outboard choke button works.
Sent using pony express

Any good auto part store should carry that.

Re: Source for replacement 36 PD momentary engage button?
Well, I ordered the part from prodrive. Almost 20 bucks and 20 bucks to ship but I bought my motor used and wanted to make sure the broken part was not something the previous owner had gimmicked. If anyone out there is ever looking for one, I was in Tractor Supply yesterday and they have them there for 9 bucks. I think it was called a "momentary ignition" button and it looked exactly like the stock prodrive part.
