Post subject: | RPM help |
I just recently bought a 34gtr on a 16x46 GT flat. I noticed my rpms out of water went up to 4500. Yhe motor is stock and i do know that it needs to come down. I founf the screw in the back and do not know which way to turn it nor how to fix the problem. I think the rpms out of water need to be around 4200. Anyhelp in this matter would be great. Also could i have hurt the motor for going up yo 4500 for a second. And if so would it have been notiable. |

I just want to make sure i did not float a valve or something. How can you check that, is there a way? Everthing sounds good, just concerned |

I highly doubt you hurt anything, do like they said and turn it down a bit. Run it and don't worry. |
