Re: 23 Mini with BPS Carb/Exhaust Video Have heads and custom exhaust. Hit 28.6 earlier this year with a sh*t big blade. Measures 11.5" across. Want to know what a true 12.5 would do! Have no problem hittin rev. limiter with this setup.
