 Cutting pd skag I heard it helps it dig a lil more but is it hard on the lower unit with the prop in direct contact with stumps and logs vs the skag/keel taking the beating

Re: Cutting pd skag No I never cut mine down....didn't see any real advantage except at front of skegs, that angle can be lessened. The problem with Prodrive really isn't the skegs as much as the drive angle and length. If that were different the skegs would definitely not be a.problem.
