Anyone know the torque spec on PVT or BPS rod bolts?
Tryin to put my motor back together and don't have any torque specs for the PVT rods. Of course it's Saturday and I can't get anyone to answer email or the phone.

I received email from Al at PVT and it's actually 175. Really wish he had included this info with the rods. Now I have to tear back into it to get it right. I assumed that BPS and PVT would be the same but guess not.

Re: Anyone know the torque spec on PVT or BPS rod bolts?
Our billet rods use ARP bolts and washers. The chamfer side of the washer ID goes towrds the head of the bolt. Lube the bolt threads with oil and torgue to 175 in. lbs. Thanks, Al

That's been my luck here lately. Only thing that hurt was having to order another crankcase gasket.
