Anyone have information on how to bleed the air out of line for the reverse in a 2009 35hp Gatortail? Also what type of fluid? Thanks |

The one I downloaded off their site doesn't say anything about it. I have searched around on here but haven't found any info yet. |

You really need 2 people or a good strap to hold pressure on the reverse handle Pump the handle on the reverse and hold it. Go back to the caliper. Loosen the bleeder slightly and then tighten back. There's 2 bleed valves. More problems come from too much gap in the pads. You can adjust the clearance of the pads using the allen bolts on the caliper (both sides) there are 4 adjustments. |

Make damn sure the pads don't touch the disc at all, adjust allen heads to where they are just off the disc |

yeah neither one of them need to be touching, If they are touching after a little run time the pad will get hott and swell up bringing you motor to a stop, not a good thing. |
