Thought I was sold on the duals. But I've been told that alot of guys are having issues keeping them tuned? Are the duals worth the extra $$? |

I can almost bet you craig he's gonna say black death intake with a good Cody special port job, port matched to the intake manifold with some porting and polishing on that. |

One that will flow well, the evt was pretty good but it needed a bigger plenum and a better transition to the heads, a spacer works well. Still a hoss. Now are you talking about a spacer between the carb and intake or a spacer between the intake and heads |

I prefer the single as well- better on the bottom end. I also prefer the position of the carb on top of the motor w/ brush guard for where I run. Less chance of it getting swamped in rough water and the air filters taking impacts from brush. My grab bar is as much a shield for the driver as it is for a handle so my cowling takes alot of impacts. |

I have the duals on mine and haven't had any issues keeping them tunes in the 123 hours I have on the engine now. But if I had to do it again, I'd go with the single. The bottom end on my buddy's boat with a single is a lot better than mine. |
