If you are having what you think is a fuel starvation or carb issue, it may be water in your gas issue instead. If you suspect that, try picking up your gas tank, if you can, and shaking it about vigorously. This will disburse the water which has settled to the bottom of the tank and suspend it in the fuel so that you will suck up a more fuel rich mixture. You can thank me later.

hey jackass,why not undo the fuel line from the motor and lean the tank to where the suction is a bit lower, pump the water out until pure gas is flowing??then you would have no more water in fuel.

Here's a tip, put a water separator and drain the bowl once it gets close to full.

It worked damn good on my riding lawn mower this morning. Wouldn't run worth shit till I did that. Ran out of fuel. Poured in fuel from tank that had been sitting in my shed for 6 weeks. Once started again would surge and die. Shook gas tank again and she ran like a champ for rest of cut. I have minor in chemistry. I know my sihit about stuff like this, Craig the pric and Cajun Outlaw the uber pric.
