Thought I'd update y'all on the results...wish i had a flat bottom.

Unloaded, full tank gas and 6 pack for me (3900 rpms-seems to be da sweet spot):
WOT - 30mph

2 guys, some gear, 1/2 tank gas:
WOT - 28mph

3 1/2 guys, same load as above:
WOT - 25mph

This weekend will be the test...work party:
4 guys, full tank (18 gal) with a couple extra cans of fuel, full 65 qt yeti, small grill, enough water, gatorade and beer to supply 20 mexicans or 4 of my friends and enough meat to feed the same crew...I'll let ya know if i get on plane.

Well heres a view of the first work party day...built 60 ft of levee.

Boat ran 22mph with this load: full 65 qt yeti, 18 gal gas + ext 5 gal, small grill and gear + 20 or so 12-14' milled pieces of telephone poles.
