23 hp GDLT-Oil in fuel pump vacuum hose...PLEASE HELP

 23 hp GDLT-Oil in fuel pump vacuum hose...PLEASE HELP Okay so I just got new coils, plugs, fuel pump and the carburetor cleaned out on my 23hp GDLT. The new fuel pump came with a clear vacuum hose. So I started it up and opened the throttle up and noticed oil being pulled into the hose that goes from the fuel pump to the crankcase vacuum outlet. Is this normal??? If not what could the problem be?? I don't really see any oil leaks on the engine. Any input is greatly appreciated!!
