 Rev limiter need help

Ok we're the green wire hooks up were there is not a green wire to hook up to

Green wire hooks up to your coil wire.

Green wire on the rev limter hooks to the black wire on the engines wire harness.

I like to put it as close as possible to where the black wire goes into the wire loom just above the rear of the starter.
