bps throttle handle question

 bps throttle handle question ok so this is going to sound a lil stupid........ what diameter handle is the bee pee s throttle lever made for . i have s gdsd and want to put it on there because ive upgraded to a mikuni carb and the stock throttle isnt cutting it . ive heard you could grind down the handle but that might weaken the handle and from what ive heard on other posts is a major pain n the ass . i was thinking cut off a section and weld a smaller insert to accomodate the new throttle lever like ive seen on mb , what size piece of pipe am i gonna need and what would be the best way to go . any input is appreciated . thank you for any advice you can offer

Re: bps throttle handle question I reamed out the clamp to make it fit my GT handle. You could just get longer screws and clamp it tight. Won't be flush with the handle but will work.

Re: bps throttle handle question same issue on my GDSD. Just get you 2 machine screw and nuts.
Works fine with no issues.
