How do i turn up my rpm's? I am only running 5500-5600 in the water and 5800-5900 out of the water on a stock 36PD.

Just start turning different screws. You should be around 6000 in the water atleast.

haha took me a minute to figure out why yall were ragin me! i meant 3500-3600 in water and 3800-3900 out of water. my bad! lol

Go to the back of your motor and on the right side there will be a screw with a spring around it. That will get your oow rpms up.

alright i did all of that, i tightened that screw that med told me to and even with it all the way tight as far as it can go it's only reaching about 4150 out of water. idle is set at 1200.

Leakdown? Compression test? With no load? Even if it was leaking it should hit the limit out of the water...

Check to make sure your throttle is opening the carb all the way!

I think this is the one they are talking about...looking at the back of the motor, above the exhaust shield.
