How many rpms should a 23 b and s. have? Engine is still stock out of water I'm turning 3900 rpm. In water one person 3300-3450 rpms. Let me know what y'all got. And if I can do anything to get some more out of this little guy. Also recently after going wot for a couple miles engine bogs down a bit then drops to 3000. Ive checked for vapor lock, and negative, checked the plugs, no fouling, anything else I should look for. I'm new to this but I'm pretty good with my hands.

Set your outta water rpms about 4250 you ought to get about 3900-4000 in water. Might have to bend the tab on the Carb a little to give ya a little more throttle

Did what u said, rpm didn't pick up outta water. Put it in water and rpm was 3300 with 2 people. Rode around everything was fine, then started bogging at wot throttle after about 20 mins.

Had a similar problem and it turned out to be a blown head gasket.
