Very hard to squeeze. Dumped fluid out and put new in. If it had air in it it would be like a sponge right. Only has 8hrs on motor but has always been this hard. |

Do you have the new style or old? If old style... try putting some WD40 on the lever or loosening the bolts that hold the lever & reservoir to the tiller arm. |

I had the same issue..spray some PB blaster in the handle pivot point. It might have rusted up on ha a bit |

mine was hard to squeeze brand new, took two hands to put it in the locked position. Now with 75 hours, its a lot looser. |

Westend its the new. Thanks for the replies. DDM your right I don't have to squeeze far at all to engage. Just making sure its doing like its supposed to. |
