Here are pictures of an electric choke system I designed. In Wisconsin the cables running under the floor can freeze up in winter. I've experianced it fist hand and have talked to several other guys that have had the same problem. The material is .125, 316 stainless steel laser cut and pressed by me. It was then powder coated. The solenoid is a stock Mercury part number. I purchsed the solenoids from Arco Marine. This replaces the stock carb support bracket. I'll put up some pictures of it installed on the motors tomorrow.
