Ok I have a double barrel marshmellow on my 06 36 HP PRODRIVE. I'm sure it's non cdi.
I'm going to go with the mikuni single first then prolly go to the iron mountain heads next.
This is most likely all I will do but I need opinions before I spend 1300 bucks.
Will I gain power and would these be good upgrades be probally the best upgrades if this is all I am going to do?
Thanks

Do a search for custom head work. Plenty of threads on that. They are well worth the investment.

Calen also sells heads to the do-it-yourself-ers.

Ok guys here is my plan. I have to do the mikuni first cause my carb was all kinds of messed up from being damaged during shipping. The my idle adjustments were snapped off and the two twist knows on the top of carb are broken off. So I'm going to do mikuni first run it a bit then. Most likely work on tearing the heads off. With duck season comeing up a really don't want to be out of motor for very long so prolly late decmeber Setx will be getting a call

Pay the core and you'll only be down for a couple hours to do the swap....
