I have a 23 MB sport with a single makuni kit its goin to bps next week for repair and if i replace the heads with performance heads and tack on dual exhaust you think it would be worth it Power gain wise or would I be wasting my time? Any help would be appriciated men. |

Not sure about mud buddy's but I Have a 36hp prodrive. I was turning up about 3900 RPMS while running before I had my work done. Now, I can turn up 4500 if I let. With 4 people adults, I dont feel any hesitation getting up and running now that head work, exhaust and new carb is done. Hope this helps !!!!!!! Extreme V-Twin did my work.... |

Perfomance exhaust lets the engine breath better- more air flow in with the Mikuni, more airflow out with high flow exhaust. Stock exhaust is giving backpressure that is causing you to not get full advantage of the Mikuni kit. Crossover is a better choice than duals in my opinion. Head work gives a good seat on the valves (the stock are horrible- they need to feed those guys in the factory more rice). Having the valve springs shimmed lets you run higher RPM without the valves floating. Decking the heads increases compression. All in all your low to top end and load carrying capabilities will be increased. More powere through the powerband. |

Last Night I had 3 adults two of which (190#'s) one (275#'s) and three teenagers ( all around 130#) I was able to get up and run with no problem. (4270rpm) 29mph in deepwater againt current. Thanks again COONDIK CUSTOMS Tinysack, are you going to install everything? If you dont want to F with it. I can recommend someone. |

I'll do it my self thank you for the suggestion and thanks for the info on the mods. If im ever home for a ride i would like to join but everyone yall have im offshore. |
