Post Aftermarket Honda exaust
Where would a man get one or If any of you guys have built any I would like to see a pic of one. I gotta 24 Honda that has some cancer in the muffler. I have a mig and a tig welder. I believe I could build one but I just want to make sure I would have the right back pressure. Thanks

hmmm.. i have the same engine so i iwll be interested to see what people say. Thankfully my muffler doesnt have cancer. But I did gut out my stock muffler, sounds alot better, and hopefully gave me some performance.

I had a buddy come over today with some material and we gave it a valiant effort. It was a 12" gutted out glasspack muffler. We ran the 2 exaust tubes into the glasspack then put a short tube out of the backside. I just hope he has some backpressure. He left all of the material at the shop so I will "borrow" some to build mine. I am pretty sure I will need new flanges mine are shot. It is loud but has a deep sound to it. I like it. I took a cell phone pic. I will try to get it on here.

they look cool, only worry i have is it doesnt appear that they are braced or held on with anything other then the 2 bolts on the flanges and i would be worried that witht the vibrations of the motor you might run into a problem down the road.
