When i am running my motor in the water i am getting some bubbles in the fuel filter as if it has air in the line. It doesnt do it at all when I am not running it in the water though. I am getting 4100 out and only getting 3750 for peak speed in the water. I just upgraded to the Iron Mountain heads and dual x over exhaust. Are these bubbles a problem? should I be getting some better proformance?

Yes, you have an air leak somewhere in the fuel line. Check all of your connections well. Where is your gas tank located and what do you have connected to the fuel line (primer bulb, fuel filters, quick connects, etc)?

Your RPM's sound about right, but I don't run a PD so wait for sumone who know a little more than me to chime in.
