I've got a 16 go devil I cant figure out where the idle speed jet on it is. it's a vanguard type : 303447-1046-A2. I replaced the Main jet on the bottom and all seals. It is idling high and I cant figure out where the idle jet is. The only adjustably is what appears to be a jet under the top of the carbertor surely this is not it.? you have to take the top of the carb off to adjust the idle?
