Re: 27hp pro-drive on 16x42 skiff I have a 17 x 42 skiff with a wooden double bottom,Middle bench seat made from 3/4 plywood and a 12 gallon gas tank.My motor performs perfect at 4150 in deep water.Tachs about 4350 out of water.I run 27 mph steady.About 25.5 with 1 person and light load.
