Ol boy basically gave it away he was talking about Delta. I'm sure there's a reason they did what they did. They've been helpful and good to me when I did business with them. |

They didn't want anybody to know they had a .290 cam, I'm guess? |

Wasn't too hard to read between the lines. Not a whole lot of places with a dyno and krash didn't seem to be the one who'd done the work. Did something happen? I didn't see anything really that bad in the thread unless I missed something. |

Nothing got carried away. I'm sure they wanted to settle the confusion between each other rather than it sounding like they just threw a random cam in his motor when he wanted a 305. |

When I talked to Calen about cams, he knew my motor mods, and I told him what kind of performance I was looking for. I did not even look at the paperwork to see what I got. I just installed it and awakened a beast of a motor. Couldn't be happier and have no clue what lift/duration I installed. All I know is it is a BAMF.... especially coupled with a prop worked to match the mods. I would like to have my motor dyno'd to see what it produces, besides a smile on my face when I squeeze the throttle. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk |

I have no idea what was said. Just an idea that someone brought issues that should have been taken care of with the people they did business with and not posted up on some internet forum. If I have an issue with someone or their product you can rest assure they will be the first ones that hear about it. If they take steps to make it right, all is well. If not, then we may have a bigger problem and s*** may be talked. Guess I'm just old school like that. |

I'm sure whatever they sent him was for a reason. I just got one running last night with Mikuni, deltas heads, .305 cam, and stainless works exhaust. It's probably one of the snappiest, meanest feeling motors I've put together. Just gotta trust them boys, they know what they're doing. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk |

So just to clear things up for you old ladies, Although some of you know everything, I don't. I asked around... before I posted here. I heard some negative things, from some people I'm learning now are just shit starters, so I posted (being naive) to confirm what the builder told me was true or not...and unintentionally became a shit starter myself. I jumped the gun, opened a door i shouldnt have...I'd like to apologize for that, I'd also like to thank the ones here who helped me out, pointed me in the right direction. After talking to the builder again, he cleared up all of my worries, went over and explained that the bs I heard was false information, learned me a couple things and talked to me on my setup, and the research behind it. His work speaks for itself, and after learning what i have in the past couple days, I feel like this is a great setup for what I want. So, Sorry for this confusion, thanks for the help! yall get back to your regular scheduled jerkin off to bbw porn! |
