Re: DPE LEVELS Yes. Just call Delta.
But as I read it.
Level 3 - Heads, Exhaust, cam, and tuner or carb
Level 4 - Level 3 plus intake adapter (only seen one of them for Dyno sheets)
Level 5 - I don't believe is available to the general public
Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: DPE LEVELS I'm pretty sure Calen told me level 4 had rods and pistons, and level 5 was a completely custom motor(whatever that means) this was before they told the public about the intake.
