That is cutting out abruptly so I'd guess there is an electrical issue or fuel pressure problem.

Yes it is. Was thinking fuel pump or fuel pump relay. So far I have done the following.

Motor losing power on plane between 2800-4200 rpm. Idles fine. So far have:

1. Hooked a new tank and fuel line with new gas
2. Changed both fuel filters
3. Bypassed kill switch
4. Checked battery connection
5. Changed air filter
6. Checked fire from both coils

Bring it to your nearest service center for repair under warranty.

Fixed. Bad connection on positive terminal of cylinoid above starter. Wiggle the wire and it would cause the engine to lose power. Replace connector and she runs like a top. Hoyt at GT said they replace both of those cheap ass connectors when they build them out.

Go over all the connections. You're pretty fortunate that one didn't KO the ECM. Good find.
