I have a decent amount of play in the thumb throttle on my gtr 35, guessing 3/4". Where the cable comes into the throttle lever I can see the tab they use to keep the cable intact but I am not able to get anything on to it and pull to see if I can simply slide clamp down and tighten it. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks |

Check the end on the carb and see about adjustment on that end to take up the slack. |

K. It's been 3 years since I've fooled with a stock carb. Someone else will have to chime in |

Think i got it. There was an adjustment screw on the linkage where the cable connected behind the air filter housing. I did leave about 1/3" slack Thanks |
