im running a 18/48 gt extreme boat with 37 gtr and delta mods. with just me 8 gallons of gas and a battery under my front deck i am running a consistent 39 mph. with me a buddy and our hunting stuff i am running a constant 37 mph. with me a buddy and 120qt , 75qt , 35qt yetis full of ice, 3 cases of beer , two 5 gallon cans of gas plus 13 gallons in fuel tank, all our clothes and bags and hunting stuff for the weekend and food i ran a constant 32 mph. all these speed were ran with the merc 3 blade with no current or wind. |

Try diff props,Sounds a little slow for a stage 3 if it is set up right |
