 Any problems with BPS Q mufflers? Wondering if any of you guys ever had any breakages on your Q Mufflers? I heard of a fleshly built motor getting trashed due to baffles inside making there way into the exhaust port.

Re: Any problems with BPS Q mufflers? I sure love the lower noise and sound of it but I may have to have it cut and remove the baffles to protect my engine.

Re: Any problems with BPS Q mufflers? I have come to the conclusion that all the mufflers on a mudmotor will crack stainless steel doesn't like all the vibration of a mud motor eventually all of them will crack at some point.

Re: Any problems with BPS Q mufflers? Anybody experimented with some dual exhaust from parts from the automotive stores? I was looking at some exhaust flanges and some cherry bomb glass packs. Something light weight and short would be convenient and easier and cheaper to replace without having to buy $300 to $400 mufflers

Re: Any problems with BPS Q mufflers? Maybe it's quality control or some just take to many hard jolts when the skegg hits obstructions in the water one time to many.

Re: Any problems with BPS Q mufflers? Granted, mine is on a vertical, but, I love it and haven't had any issues or concerns other than normal wear over time.....when I get another exhaust, it will be another BPS Q.

Re: Any problems with BPS Q mufflers? We had one with a rattle a while back . We gutted it and I will say It's a tuff ass muffler and i like how Its built. Built much better than stock. Shit happens with baffles sometimes . As far as performance between a Q and gutted stock I can't say. Just had to through in my 2c

Re: Any problems with BPS Q mufflers? All of the bps exhaust that I've seen cracked have been from human error bolting them up in a bind! I've got 150hrs on my crossover with no issues.

Re: Any problems with BPS Q mufflers? had close to 280 hr on my 1st Q until the one of the braces cracked. i didn't replace it fast enough and the muffler cracked where it meet the head. on my 2nd one now, no issues.
