Gen 2 36 prodrive electrical issues
Went to fire up the prodrive the other day to find the battery flat dead and when i put the charger on it said the battery was bad which is weird since i replaced it teal opener when it was dead after the hunt, which i thought had been from it sitting in the rain all morning. Guess its something else, the stater is starting to get a little reluctant as well but i dont think thats draining the battery. Maybe the voltage regulator? Anyone else have a similar issue?

I agree. New batteries being bad aren't out of the norm. Starter was probably dragging due to the battery

Also, make sure all the connections and ground wires are tight and not corroded. They can give you fits and make you think you've got a bigger problem than you actually do

Re: Gen 2 36 prodrive electrical issues
Glad you got it straight. I would still check all connections anyways. Just regular maintenance.
