I just traded my mud buddy for a 2013 gtr most,y because I wanted reverse. Today was my first day out and was having problems idleling on the water. I cannot get the motor to idle consistently around 1100 rps it bounces from 1200-1800 if it does finally idle down it just dies. I went to adjust the low idle spring and there is no spring there. This is a whole different problem as I just bought this from a dealer in Palo IA and apparently they did little testing before selling it to me. Anyways now I have made a new spring for the time being and have tried adjusting the carb but I'm have all sorts of problems, I still can't get the rims down to 1100 and the motor is surging and back firing. Can any one give me some help pictures would be helpful of where to start from scratch I suppose on this stock carb. I would just drive this back to the dealer if they weren't 2 hours away and it wasn't duck season.
