Help!!! Mudbuddy question

 Help!!! Mudbuddy question Long story short I had to take my HD apart and put back together. Now my motor runs fun full throttle out of water but when it's in water under load won't go, it's like the clutch or belt is slipping. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
