Hey is anyone having any trouble starting their modded engines in below freezing temps? My problem is slow spin over like battery is low but it is being charged every night. Motor is a 23 bored 30 over with flat tops custom exhaust and the rest is stock. I am runnin 10w30 oil. Any help is appreciated.

Cold weather causes this. It's not a modded motor problem.

well thats what i was hoping but i dont think im gonna be that lucky....cranked fine before in freezing temps....talked to some of the experts and they say its my compression ratio is causing the hard cold starts. Got that figured out now too though.....amazing what 0W20 oil will let a 1000 cranking amp battery do...haha
