What are you trying to accomplish? You can get custom pistons however you want em from pretty much any of the piston companies. Arias, wiseco, je, etc. If you want someone to do all the leg work for you, I would talk to Al Hodges at PVT, although he will likely try to talk you out of removing that much bore, and may outright refuse to sell you the pistons even though he can get them for you.

How much meat is in the sleeves? If you go too far, you will have to sleeve the block. Thin sleeves don't dissipate heat as well. If you have a problem you are trying to correct (deep scarring), I can see going this route. If you're simply trying to build more power, I would personally look at some other options.
Also, IF this is strictly a power thing, not a repair thing, don't worry about changing to the .020 over stock pistons. That is a repair item, not a power adder. Won't change compression enough to make a difference.
