i speced out 3 cams ive got here from the same supplier. 2 are 2 teeh off from where they should be and 1 is 1 tooth off from thier timing marks and none are the specs i asked for. Seems no matter how many times i ask for spec cards to come with the cams i dont get those either so i am done with them. Looking to have dyno cams build them now. Are yall getting what u ask for from them with spec cards? |

well the cam gear has 70 teeth. and each tooth 5.14 Degrees. The cam makes 1/2 revolution per crank Revoluion so to make a full cycle we have 720 degrees of crankshaft operation in a camshaft event.... So in essence one tooth off is 10.28 degrees wrong.. That's a big deal man. You have slack and cam walk that can alter your specs a little....but that's bad. |

Yea the dots being off isnt the end of the world if u check it. But even setting them where they would work is still not what i ordered. Sooo is dyno cams getting a thumbs up? |
