 Mudbuddy 37 EFI
Hey all. Just got a new Prodigy 1751 with a Mudbuddy 37 EFI. I only have about 3 hrs on it, so still doing the break in. My question is, once I get it broke in good, what is the normal RPM's I should keep it at high speed? I've stretched it out a couple times and got up to 4000 RPM's or so and then backed off pretty quick. I've done a little cruising around and usually hang about 3200 or so, which is ok speed, but not too fast. This is my first mud motor so I just want to do everything right. Thanks for the help.

 Re: Mudbuddy 37 EFI
let her eat and post up what your getting for performance!!!! I have a 1854 Prodigy with a 37 EFI that should be done in a week or two. very curious what the performance will be like. I have it in my mind as the perfect balance of speed, power, and load capabilities. Find out soon. the 1748 was my first choice but the guys on MMT talked me out of that.

 Re: Mudbuddy 37 EFI
The best thing for a break-in is to vary RPM's from mild to wild. Basically if you are running bayou's and slough' it is a good combination because you are on and off the throttle a lot. Run that unit WFO and see what she got.
