Have a GTR 35, with a marshmellow. Always have leaked. Thinking about a Q. Any suggestions? Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk |

Is it leaking because of cracked welds or gaskets? I've had a marsh mellow for 3 years and have had zero issues with it. |

My BPS Q cracked (noticed the cracks) at 250 hrs, repaired it, 30 hrs later, leaking gasket, ordered Composite compression graphite gasket that someone suggested. |

Leaking gaskets, since 2012. Just thought by now something else would be out there? |

CB performance gaskets are the best i've found. order number 2801. They come 4 per pack because they are for a vw engine. Thick and reusable, at least twice as thick and the thickest gasket i've seen. Have you looked at the new BPS's exhaust? Looks good to me and if I ever start having issues with the mm i'm going with the new BPS Rapid R pipe? Supposed to be nearly as quiet as the Q but a deeper tone and has slip fit tubing with springs to help eliminate the cracking issues. Also made in the US with US stainless steel. http://www.backwaterperformancesystems. ... uct_id=424 |

cut slits in the slip flange.. Then put a clamp around the flange after to secure it. That is the majority of the leaking issue with a Marsh Mellow |
