| Post subject: | MIKUNI CARB. PLEASE HELP |
I have a gtr 35 with delta stage 3. I have had a string of bad luck. Sump gasket, bent and broke push rods, voodoo baffle sinking to bottom of river, and now I have a carb issue that I can not figure out. Idle-Doesn't do it Mid range under load-does it revlimiter-Doesn't do it. Putting fuel out my over flow tube. I have took carb off and replaced boot from intake to carb. Checked for air leaks on heads and intake. Took carb apart and cleaned. Lowerd float. Checked for vacum leaks. And everything else I could think of. Any thoughts or suggestions would be grately appriciated. Thanks. |

Possibles,,,vacuum leak, no fuel in idle circut, way too much fuel in idle circut, valve too tight, or intake seats not square anymore. Have you adjusted the idle air screw yet? Leakdown test? Idle on the choke? |
