I see a lot of the guys who have this motor take the screen (panti hose Looking thing) off the carb air filter. Why is it even on there? and should I take it off? |

Its there to help repel water and is somewhat of an air filter. Shoot it with wd40 a couple times a year to help it do it's job |

Will C got it. Now the actual Tau Ceti is only a spark arrestor. Not much filtration going on other than large debris. Not much Silica particulate on the water.... |
