Where does everyone get performance parts for their mud motor? I was thinking of getting new heads, valves, etc. Best place online to get them? I was thinking heads and muffler...do I need to do cams as well or could I wait? |

Backwater performance systems is the only "online" parts store. A little research and a few phone calls will get you a lot better built head. Heads and exhaust will give a noticeable gain. Delta performance are the newest to the market with great work, but there are several others who do good work also. Most people wait until their case gasket starts leaking to install a cam. I run cam and heads with stock exhaust and recieved good gains. Not so much in top end speed, but considerable load carrying over stock. |
