2013 Mud Buddy 45mag with 40hrs. Temps were 26 the other morning and the tilt/trim would not work. Tested the battery, tried bypassing relays, switches, and actuators. When pressing the switch it just clicked. Put a voltmeter on each component and the hydraulic motor was getting power.
Ended up heating the hydraulic motor for 20 minutes and it suddenly started working. Drained the hydraulic fluid and no water found inside.
Anyone had this issue or a possible solution?

Re: Mud Buddy 45mag trim freezing?
Mine did the thing and it had water in the electric motor that was freezing. I took it apart and dried it out and added some permatex when I reassembled it.
