Hey guys, I am going to buy a new motor VERY soon but who has the fastest 37EFI?? Go-Devil - FNR GatorTail XD Mud Buddy HDR I am going from a fully built mud buddy 35 that's around 60hp or so and pushes my 1854 Gator traxs 32mph in deep water. Fastest will probably be GTR, then mudbuddy. but not sure. Don't know why you're set on fastest, when all of the motors can be modded to run. |

I don't plan on modding till way after the warranty is over. I run sand, rocks and thick hydrilla but mostly salt. |

Geared and propped for right, both the gtr and hdr ought to easily hit 27 solo. Can't speak for the godevil, as I've never run a GPS awhile in one. Imagine it would be comparable, though. You ought to come quite close to 30 solo. A stock 35 on a 1954 plus hunt deck gatortrax will do 27 solo. #CFFITR #TheGhostBoat #whoneedsphysicsihaveamudmotor |

The fastest is belt driven. A GTR on a GTR hull is the fastest. Your Gator Trax hull is not a fast hull though. Round chine hulls turn on a dime but drag a little |

if u want speed, u need a jackplate, outboard, and a set of balls. will always be faster than a lawnmower engine with zero grenade mods. |
