For those of you that have GRT and a hunt deck....Have you hit a stump so hard that the when the motor jumps up and the handle down have you broken or at least worry you will damage the handle when it hits the transom? The mud buddy handle has that bend in it and it clears the transom when you hit hard. My dealer pointed this out on those 2 motors so wondering how big a concern it is. |

no...its my choice though. Very well know custom maker that everyone knows here. (east Tx) there now you know lol. He was honest enough to point that out on a GRT. It would take a VERY hard hit though. He said he has seen a few cases where damage was done to some handles. I want the GRT but just had that concern. |

I've drilled stuff with mine and yet to have a time when the handle could have damaged anything. Floating is nice when you do hit stuff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
