Post 37 XD water in lower unit
Went to add grease to my lower unit for the first 15hr maintance and when I pulled the Allen head screw at the end, had some water pushing out through the greas from the release of pressure I imagine. Not a whole lot but alittle. Has anyone else had this happen on their 1st maintance. I was thinking busted or leaking seal but the water was really not enough and the oil was not milky. In fact it looked just like the oil they gave me to add and I was having a tough time telling the old from the new. I’m going to run it and keep a closer check on it instead of every 15 hrs to see if it does it again. I was just going to see if anyone else has seen this. Any input is appreciated. May chalk it up to a faulty seal.

I noticed the exact same thing with mine. A trickle of water before grease came out.

Hasnt occured since, just on the first squeeze on first change.
