I went to prime my engine and run it and saw gas running out of the air filter housing. I didn't try ot start it given the amount of fuel running down the engine. I disassembled air intake and when I primed it again fuel is dumping out of the carb. I cleaned it up and then hit the starter, here is a video I shot of fuel pouring out. Anyone had this issue and know how to fix it? It's a 2002 25 hp Kohler. I have run it without the electronic fuel shutoff solenoid for the last 10 years or so. Carb needs a very detailed cleaning man. Float needle is stuck open |
