Post Sport V5000 Valve Issue
Got a Sport V5000 with what seems like an intake valve issue and was wondering if I could just put a set of stock heads on it in the place of the BPS heads that are on it now. I know I would lose some power but that’s ok. Motor has a 42mm Mikuni and BPS Q muffler. That and the heads are all I know that’s aftermarket. Pistons and cam should be stock. Also wondering if cam timing is advanced or not. Any help?

Technically yes you could bolt on a set of stocks. If doing this grab the efi heads. I personally would prefer stainless valves and more spring pressure than stock since it is a performance motor. Probably cheapest to have your bps heads freshend up. The stock cam is a small one and it runs very retarded, literally, lol
