Any way to test an early model rev limiter? I seem to bang out on top end and not sure if limiter working. |

put it in neutral and rev it up till it cuts out while watching the tach. |

make sure your tac wire isn't touching something its not supposed to be. Was havaing issue with mine and noticed it was touching another wire. re-routed it and no issues. |

They will also mess up if the wires are getting wet?. Mine used to get spray from the motor and read very high. Once I was able to block that spray it worked just fine |
