New carburetor rebuild ,
new Fuel Pump
Pump ball until it gets hard
while in launch and trimmed to prevent rev limiter
motor runs full throttle for what is seems like the carburetor bowl runs out of fuel
then dies
restart pump ball and repeat process ,,
Any ideas

THIS ISSUE WAS THE SAME BEFORE THE CARB REBUILD AND FUEL PUMP REPLACEMENT.
bowl was adjusted becuase after loacal shop rebuild fuel constintly flow from carb overflow tube

Sure sounds like starving for fuel. Fuel line issue, air from tank fitting, weaker than normal pulse to pump, tank in front with a long line, line too big "fuel is heavier in big line" pump can't pull it up,, just some ideas here.

After I posted I told myself to start with the simple things , so today I will change commercial style filter and new bulb,
my fuel tank set has been the same for over 10 years located right under engine,
one condittion i amnot familiar with is how the fule pump is dirven and how to troubleshoot.

Remember to loosen your gas cap too bro if you don't have a vent on your tank. That has helped me with similar issues in the past

blue ethanol fuel safe hose was the culpert , hose had a thin plastic lining which would collapse under suction of fuel pump,,,,
