Got it, was wondering about the straps, that's how the old EVT was. Your pipes might go under water pointed down like that. |

Ran the motor yesterday for the first time since I installed the muffler, and it was like a whole new motor. The motor was pegging the rev limiter at normal trim and was running at 31 when it pegged and still gaining. I was shocked at the difference! I did fix a drainage issue on my hull...I can only assume I have been carrying a shit load of water. So, it's hard to definitively say what caused the hole shot and speed to increase so dramatically- but I will say- I have never been all over the rev limiter like I was yesterday. I am going to assume this muffler breathes a lot better than the Q. |
