 Prodrive prop nut question Anyone use a nylon lock nut to hold prop on ? Instead of nut from factory ? If so anyone know what threads shaft is on gen 4?

Re: Prodrive prop nut question A castle nut with a cotter pin is what's needed, I wouldn't trust a nylon lock nut.

Re: Prodrive prop nut question just stick a pair of vice grips on it. lol
use the nut and the cotter pin. the self locking nut might fall off.

Re: Prodrive prop nut question throw a few of them in a ziplock bag and keep them in the boat with a big creasent wrench so u have it when u need it.
