This came out in an oil change today. Curious what you all think it is.

If its not being used “mikuni” it should have the locking piece of aluminum clamped on top. Maybe it just came out of place and let the weights move too far. Either way if engine is still running good then the pieces stayed out of the important places. Fix it and roll on
